Unbolt it  Do the flex plate bolts first.

that was a joke
does have a screen on back of
bellhousing right above transmission
probably to let heat rise up and out
from converter
think they figured out later
better to just keep dust out in there
around converter seal and trans front seal

trans is off of engine
had to give up on taking
trannny off of bellhousing because
of bottom passenger side bolt inaccessible
still don't know what's going on there

Check n & see if the bolt screws in from the front of belllhousing at the right(passenger) side.

johnny reb trans to bellhousing bolts are just regular when unbolting bellhousing from engine did run across 'last' bolt bottom left ( sitting in driver's seat ) bolt has to be loosened through access hole in bellhousing CORRECTION: sure I had one last bolt to loosen but there are TWO access holes on passenger side of bellhousing to engine took quick look and hole did line up with another bolt hole think other bolt had fallen out
