I do as Chuck mentions.  I simply cut out two sections of a stock oil pan gasket at the timing cover seam and punch in new holes where necessary for the marine cover.  A dab of RTV at where the gasket cuts join together seals the deal.

I think you could cut down a stock gasket to work. Couple of clean cuts back a few inches from the timing cover join and some gasket sealer should do the job.

The timing cover is thinner so the timing cover portion of the gasket is different.

How is a marine gasket different from a car or truck gasket ?

The Price.
I cannot see what could be different, the block has to be the same, Oil pump intake same. Only thing I can think of may be the drain plug gasket
