First class work and looks great.  But if you have not done so you might just set a harmonic damper in place to be sure it clears the front motor mount.  From the pics it looks like there might be interference.

Lance, It's got to make you feel good seeing it setting on a set of wheels. Fronts look good. What make of header are you using ? I got mine from Speedway but just purchased another set on e-bay that I'm going to try.

Good eye Doug, I had though that myself, but figured they had a plan.

Doug and Glen, no problem with clearances. I've heard that a few times. The design mimics the truck mount and is actually a little larger than it needs to be.

Larry, those are just off the shelf Speedway truck headers. We will be making a few tweaks to them though. Lengthening the collectors by 3 inches or so and possibly raising them up right after they come out of the head. That part is more for looks than anything. Was Justin's idea. His shop is doing all the work on it.

Next shirt offering. Trying to decide either a two print version like this or just the Canned Monster on the front. What are your thoughts?

Thinking hoodies would be a good choice as well in addition to the tee's. There are still white shirts with the full color print up on the site, only have about ten left.

Lance,

They look good ! I would print front and back just like you have them. You want people to associate Speed and Chrome with Canned Heat !!!
And with the hoodies if you need some extra money to finish the car, you can pull the hood up and go down to the bank, hand them a note and tell them to fill your bag !  On second thought maybe your name on front isn't a good idea .

Awesome sauce! I'll take a hoodie if you decide to roll with that layout. Hooded sweatshirts are appreciated in the NW all year long.
Hope to see the monster at the shootout next year.

Lancer,

Would LOVE to buy one of these T's and support the project, but we're talking $45.00 Canadian for a T-shirt plus 13% tax by the time I get it up here ($50.85 total) ! Can ya offer any discounts to fellow out of country, Y-Blockers??? LOL

I love the smell of burning rubber in the morning!
