Finally got the spindles back from the machine shop. They had to machine them down to fit the disc brakes. Now I can finally bolt it all together.

Front springs just arrived from Eaton Detroit Spring Co. Very nice and made in the USA. Great company to deal with BTW.

Disc brake kit has arrived. The front springs on on the way from Eaton Detroit Spring. Disc kit came from Speedway. I'm using original '51 Chevy spindles on the axle so I am having to have some machine work done in order for the bearings to fit properly. A local shop is working on them now. Once the spacer is welded in place I can assemble the brakes on the axle and then install the new wheels and tires. Can't wait to see it all together. The local rod shop I'm hoping will start on cutting off the frame rails next week. I'm out of town next week heading up to Boise Idaho, anyone here from the Boise area?

Hey lyonroad, I have the vent glass and the rear quarter glass left. The drivers door broke after I took it out and I gave the other to a friend. You can email me at lance (@) speednchrome.com and we can talk more.

Lancer, I looked through your web site. Nice work.  I see you are selling the flat glass and vent windows.  Do you still have them and if so how can I contact you.  I need all new flat glass including the quarters for my '55 Club Sedan.

Thanks.
