There is the standard size Ford filter, FL1A I think. Then there is one that has a case approx. half the length of the FL1A. What I need to know is the filter and its application, that is even shorter than the half size. I brought this up years ago on the old forum, but have forgotton what the shortie fit. Today I looked at a filter for Chrysler 2.2 L thinking it was the one, but not.
My remote filter setup has leaked one too many drops, and short stuff would clear the steering box.
