With a bit of a, cut here, weld there, drill here this alternator bracket from a 73 Ford Capri fits in nicely the alternator is a jap ND 80 amp unit quite small and compact.

Thanks for the kind words, Dennis 2 mates are over at SEMA and they got me a gear reduction starter from Moon, also a 12 point S/S engine bolt kit and head stud kit as well, hows things with you?

Oggie, remember to use anti-sieze on S/S bolts in aluminum as a preventative measure so it doesn't gall and damage the threads.

Would love to see pic's of complete car! The only mistake I have seen so for, someone put the steering gear on the wrong side for some reason.
