Hey Oggie, It just gets better and better doesn't it? Nice job on the alternator bracket. Ever figure out your stater problem?

With a bit of a, cut here, weld there, drill here this alternator bracket from a 73 Ford Capri fits in nicely the alternator is a jap ND 80 amp unit quite small and compact.

Thank you all for your kind words, i'll keep you posted on the car. We just got back from a run up to Valla park were i saw this ultra nice Y-Block i saw the owner but he wouldn't talk to me!!

Bill i saw Con today at the Ballarat swap, yep your right better to get one off him, Y-Blocks take the same starter as early FE fat blocks (so Con says) glad to hear my offie stuff is doing well!!Tongue
