found an interesting set of headers on the net for Y-Blocks made by a company called "High Performance Products" (  http://www.hi-flow.com/HP010aEH.html )

That link just worked for me. Try googling this if you can't find it. Chines ? all makes ford , and others.
I didn't know Cusso Bill had them. I've just had an email from WA to say mine are ready to send. Should have them in a couple of days.

I've given up on other people making headers, and I'm in the process of fabricating my own based on a design used here in Oz in the late 50's early 60's. and originally on my car in a beat up condition! I'll post pic's once I get the manifold plate laser cut.

Have you tried Cusso Bill for header plates?
I have seen some advertised recently, but can't remember where...
