Wow Paul, I juess I forgot about that, maybe I can find one of those gadgets that they use on airplanes to measure airspeed and mount it on the roof. By the way, I talked to Ted yesterday and he is working on the heads now, he said he should have the engine completed in about eight weeks. Can't wait to hear this thing make some noise.

Wow! Doing great Glenn. How about the "Southern FrYed Falcon". Looks like it will go good. I know where there is a cheap maverick I should do something like this to.

Go for it Billy, they are light and parts are still fairly cheap. I am still thinking about that Pinto that Gary had at Columbus last year. I saw one go on ebay for cheap or how about a later Mustang, the late 80's early 90's ones can be had for a song, and lots of chassis parts for them.

really liking your falcon glenn,including the pain scheme. it does remind me of the sox and martin cars of the era that i was racing. have a pic somewhere of ronnie and me standing in front of his comet. might be able to get one of you and i together. by the way, the rims we swapped out at columbus look great on the old 57 drag car.

Hey Lynn, I secound Gary's comment. How about some updated pic's of the 57. I juess I should come clean on the paint job, it is not red, white, and blue as it appears in the pictures. It is red, gray, and blue. It is Ford tractor paint from Tractor Supply @ $11.99 per qt. Not counting thinner and hardner, I have $36.00 in the paint job. I told you guys that I was cheap!
