Harold got back with me and told me that he has fixed the problem with his kick down linkage.  Thanks to all that responded.

CASCO shows all the parts needed for for the kickdown parts.  Check their online catalog or get their printed one.

"3-Has anyone converted to Lokar or. another brand?"

That would be really interesting to do with a FYB and F/M.

The throttle linkage would not be as difficult as getting the TV linkage setup (cable actuated) and adjustable as needed.
It would remove a lot of slop out of the system.

After talking with Harold on the phone, he clarified that what he needs is the auto trans kickdown linkage that bolts to the intake manifold. and not necessarily the accelerator linkage (aka bell crank).

I have a 1949 F-1 Ford PU, Mostly original painted a dull black over the rust and dents.
Drive it often. Flathead V8,  4 on the floor. I have had it for 35 years. Grandkids love it.
