If you see a Spam message, never, never, never click on their links.

Please give the moderators at least 24 hours to delete SPAM messages.  The moderators typically check for Spam on a daily basis and once spotted, it's typically cleared out in a timely fashion.  The IP addresses of the Spammers are blocked accordingly so they can not post new messages.  The Spam message in this case has been deleted but the Spammers' post itself has been left in place simply to post this message.  For reasons not clear, this particular post does attract the Spammers on almost a daily basis.  The other target for Spam on this site is the 'Aftermarket Parts' section as it is not posted to on a frequent basis and the Spammers seem to think they can slip the Spam messages in place without being noticed.  Wrong!  Because this site does not require a background check for new members, this site does attract its share of Spammers.  It's much easier to deal with the Spammers than do the background checks for new members which would require constant attention to approve / disapprove members on a daily basis.  New members can post almost immediately after registering for membership which is the preferred way of getting new legitimate members posting to the threads right away.
