@moonshadow, it now has a nice running Holley on it. See the attached video to hear it run. Also getting back on the body work as we are having some great weather. The choke horn is flapping about as I don't have it hooked up to a cable yet, but you get the idea.

Update on the Monster Hauler. I finally got to hear the motor through the new exhaust. It was short lived, seems my Craigslist carb is having some issues. This is after I replaced the points by the way which were toast. Fix one issue, find another. Not sure whats up with the carb. Swapping it out on Sunday with a rebuilt Holley and hoping that remedies the situation. I can then set the timing and get it dialed in and REALLY hear it well. And get some video. Two steps forward, one step back. Pretty normal for my car projects.

So the Monster Hauler is ready to fire, but won't fire? Checked coil, wires etc. Thinking it may be the points, need to grab a new set and swap them out. Really odd, ran perfect for the break in three months ago, just been sitting since then while I worked on other things. Guessing it could have gotten hot, maybe grounded out or something during the break in and then after it cooled, broke? Should know soon.

Radiator is back in. Fixed the couple of minor leaks from when I broke it in a few months back. Fuel lines hooked up. Just need to add some water and do a final leak check. Fuel tank is just about ready to go back in place with new sending unit installed. Hope to get that done tomorrow. Then I can fire it and hear it through the exhaust for the first time. Set timing, adjust the carb and we'll be in business. Was able to get the throttle rod on and adjusted to it will open it up all the way.

I'm not in a huge hurry and I enjoy the work. Its like therapy, better really but cost about the same, ha ha. It will be a nice driver, not a show truck but should get the job done. Small block (10/12/2015)
That will be one sweet truck I wish your 1964 looked half that good, Where did you get all the patients to spend the time on detail?
