I think we just ran over a flock of chickens... actualy it is a barn yard horn we have on board to amuze ourselfs and the local kids but also a tribute to Clay Smith , recall his logo the cigar chompin rooster , who was the Lincoln team mechanic and co-piloto who won in the large stock car class in 1953 . He was one reason the hot rod Y block Lincoln dominated that class in the original days 1950-1954 OHLAY

Thanks again for sharing. The yblock sounds great as always. And I especially got a kick out of the rooster crowing in the background!

Thanks fellas, we did manage to finish ahead of 2/3 of Historic C class w/ seven mustangs ahead of us . note : Those clips were after we had to replace a broken front shock w/ spares (rteplased both fronts which were much softer, there fore the car did not handle as well as w/ the PRO shocks ) not an excuss but more of an explaination why the cars looks to move around alittle in the fast sections . That seven rally's in a row , plus two 3 day Chihuahua rallies on a Mummert 292 which has never been out of the car . giddy up , el Carson

Even it said "not for distribution" I downloaded it. It was just too good to pass... Thanks Carson. Vicky goes so smooth around the bends and always ahead of Mustangs...

Carson the blog is great and the videos are just awesome. Driving like that on roads you know is one thing... doing what you do while listening to your daughter call out the grade of the turn, etc is just simply unbelievable. Question... I noticed in the one video link that there were plenty of people on the side of the road just standing there watching with no barriers or anything. Looks pretty dangerous. Have you ever had to dodge people?

Great Job, you two make a great combo! Loved seeing you catch and blow by that Porsche! I would love to see the video's of when Curtis Turner had Bill France in the passengers seat for that race! From what I read Bill France had to change his shorts frequently!
