Never thought it would happen to me since there were no oil pump failures in the history of my family.
I was having some chest pains and called my doctor, they said call 911 right away, I said no that is okay I can drive to the hospital, they said don't I dare so I said I would call my brother so he came and picked me up and drove me to the hospital, I walked in and told them what was happening, they checked me with an EKG and before I knew it I was off to another hospital with lights and sirens going just a couple miles away. Into the operating room nurses were already starting to shave my groin area, before I knew it I was recuperating in ICU with my collapsed oil pump tube opened back up with a stint, they say on a scale of 100 it's serousness was a 95
Glad I caught it when I did but I did let the pain go a couple days and it did some damage, now a few days recuperating in the hospital.
