Guys: Here's the scoop. What I had today was a "Heart Catherization", which is a diagnostic proceedure. If it shows that a stent will fix it, they go ahead and do it while they're there. What they found was arteries with 70, 90, and 100 percent blockage. Will be scheduling bypass surgery Monday. Thanks for all your concerns, comments, and prayers. I'm confident that with your help all will be fine in the end.

John, We will pray also on your behalf. My father-in-law recently had stents put in place SEVEN TOTAL! And he is still alive and kickin' after all that. His blockage percentages were very close to yours. Scared me half to death, but the Lord brought him through.

I'm praying that all goes well for you on Monday and that you have a speedy recovery, John. I'm glad that whatever symptoms you had were not dismissed. Too, I'm glad that the needed surgery could be scheduled in a timely manner. Easier said than done, but I hope that you can have a restful weekend... it's important.
