You can use Masonite for the door panels. It's easy to trim and works great. You can take a large sheet of cardboard and use it as a pattern on the door then transfer it to the Masonite. One pattern works for right and left doors.

Dennis Carpenter lists them. The measurement listed is ~10" shorter than my Ranch Wagon. Maybe this listing is for a four door?

my door panels were warped also. After making a pattern off the door, I made new door panels out of ABS sheeting so it will not warp again. Comes in 24" x 48" Sheets.

Might be corrected, but I believe Lebaron Bonney in Philidelphia has premade panels for 56s. Used to be ABC Upholstery but was sold. Or you could try SMS Upholstery Fabrics in Canby Oregon. They may have the correct materials for your panels.

You should be able to get the material from a upholstery shop to make your own if the old one is good enough for a pattern.

Does anyone know of a vendor that makes door panels for a '56 wagon? I don't want them finished, only the panels themselves. My panels are either missing or too distorted to use as a pattern. Thanks,
