Richard: Sorry to have to do business on this forum, but I can't seem to email you or PM you through this site. Took the case to UPS this morning, they charged me $44.89 to ship ground, you'll have it next Thursday. Personal check is fine, send to John Feistritzer, 800 N. CR 700 E., Selma, IN 47383. To the rest of the guys on the forum, I apologize for having to do it this way.

John,
I would like to have the case just in case. Ha! Ship it what ever way is convent for you. I am guessing the empty case weighs about 30lbs.
Thanks,
Richard

Glenn: Thanks for the info. Moonshadow, no I didn't try FedEx. Richard, not trying to kill the sale but an experienced welder could put the ear back on permanently.

John, Did you try FedEx? They seem more cooperative in shipping odd items. Chuck

Hey John,
Just pack it up and ship it UPS Ground, let me the total and I will pop a check in the mail. Its no hurry so when ever convient for you. I broke 2/3's of the lower bolt hole corner off mine, but will JB weld the corner back on and use a big washer to use as is. Damn thing fell out when I was putting it back in. I figure next time I replace the clutch I can use the spare case.
The whole problem was related to the gear for the governor. I didn't realize it was a different cut than the old R10, the helicals are cut to the right on the R11 governor and the R10 governor gear goes to left.
Thanks,

Richard: I didn't receive your email. Try sending it directly to feistritzer1<at>msn.com. Some have had problems forwarding emails through this forum. Substitute @ for <at> in the address.
