John,

That is a clean looking setup. I have been searching for a couple of days online for some DCNF carbs without luck. Seems they are obsolete, or unobtainable for some reason. I found that EMPI is apparently making some kind of copy but saw lots of negative stuff about them. I need to get some dimensions (vertical) in order to deal with hood clearance on my Bird to see if this a workable alternative. Any leads on DCNF's? Is there another Weber model that would work?

JAM Engineering turns out to be in Monterey. I gave them a call. Maybe they can get me up to speed.BigGrin

Mark, found this picture of 3-2 set-up with DCNF Webers. Okay, its a scrub intake but you get the idea.

JAM Engineering makes all kinds of carb adapters

Mark, it would be possible to install 40DCNF Webers on a 3-2 intake but I don't know of any adapters. Maybe rottenchester 4-bolt to Holley 3-bolt if available.

John, I was thinking of three of these. I don't know much about the Webers other than the progressive one Ford ran on the Pintos.

I looked around the web and found a UK company, Webcon, that markets Webers and intakes. They listed a 3x2 Weber set up for the Y Block using an Edelbrock 573. The K9124 kit has since been discontinued on their current website.

Has anyone tried making adapter plates to mount 3 Weber 2bbls on a Edelbrock 573? I see that some Flathead manifolds are being cast to use 3 Webers. Seems like it wouldn't be difficult to make some aluminum adapter plates. That would allow for 3 carbs with better CFM than 94's.
