We run from west to east. 15 mph partial headwind didn't help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its not how fast you go, its how you go fast.

Well, got back home on the 18th.

Monday the 19th the work began. Tear down & clean up,of 2 race cars,& 2 trucks with trailers.

Ted has already posted, but my top speed was 188.563.

We really wanted to get in the 190's,but will have to wait for next year.

All in all I am real happy with the way the car handled at that speed, and like everyone we are looking for more.

So with that said the engine will be on its way to Texas for a tune up.

Good luck for those of you going to Columbus,I would like to get there one of these days,(just to watch).

Keith Cornell

Gary,

I'm close, but no promises. I just like going to Bonneville to see all the hard work and ingenuity by others like Keith, it is such an inspiration.

Thanks Tim.

Time is running short, but we will make it.

I know it all too well. Haven't got my new engine together yet, let alone in the truck. We'll make it though. Wink

That paint looks "slick". Car should be real slippery this time. Looks really good. Chuck
