Hey everyone.  I have a 1962 F100 4X4 that we have recently given a major makeover.  Has a 292 y-block that we bored .080 over and installed a 3.47 stroker kit with Probe domed pistons, Scat h-beam rods and 57 312 y-block ported heads.  Mummert 4-barrel intake and a Commander 950 Holley throttle body fuel injection.  Engine is fully balanced and block is zero decked.  Heads have been shaved to get maximum compresion estimated at 11.5:1.  (aproximately).  Running headers with glass pack exhaust.  We coupled this engine with a E4OD trans from a 96 F150 along with the 1356 t-case that was behind it.  Have a full MSD ignition.  This is the first y-block i have built.  I have a few road bumps along the way but the experience has been great and the engine is a monster.  It is my second 62 F100 4X4 and they are the sweetest pickups.  I would love to share more on my issues that I had or am still working on if anyone is interested.
