Anyone have a line on power steering pump brackets for a 272 (ECG).  Mommert has one for the GM Saginaw pump.  And one for what he calls "an original Eaton" pump.  I don't know what on original Eaton is.  Perhaps a vintage Ford pump used on t birds or something and he wasn't sure.

Anyhow, I am hooking up a Mustang power rack and pinion from Heidts and need a lead on brackets for a pump that would be appropriate.  Heigts doesn't seem to know.

Sorry, forgot to say the Saginaw is a high flow pump I think.

The Eaton pump was used on the Y-block and FE's well into the 60's. The tank and mounts may change but the basic pump is the same. I believe that they will be fine with the Mustang rack and pinion. By going that way you just need the stock brackets for your Y-Block and a set of hoses that fit from the pump to the rack. Could even be the same connectors. There are shops around that make up hydraulic hoses that can make one up for you if needed. Chuck in NH

Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.

I have a '57 Eaton power steering pump, tank, and all the brackets if you're interested. I would imagine the pump would have to be rebuilt. Gary

Gary: If Richard isn't interested in your PS setup, I might be depending on price. PM me if he doesn't want it. Thanks.
