Yes! 7.50 and slower.  The only comment from the inspector was how it would go faster with a BB scrub I needed the sticker so I just smiled with clinched teeth and fist.  Sometimes you just have to keep your mouth shut.

Ok!  Today the cowl was made and the trailer was brought home and is geting ready for paint.  I had a lot more to say but I'm tired now and this is the second time to post after the "lock up" problem again, oh well.
