Man, I just like cooking . And I love my gas grill!

Our new copper head gaskets needed to be softened, so I put them to my grill while waiting it to be warm enough for my sausages...

The recipe was to heat them until colour turns to cherry red and so it did...

So then I dipped them to water container... Really don't know was this the right method but then it was time to cook some evening meal .

So, tomorrow I will put those gaskets between the block and the heads and check the piston to valve clearance etc. Our next race is 30th of June, so please keep your thumbs up to make us get the engine ready for that .

Yesterday I got all the charge air pipes done and today I have to do the oil return lines and i have to modify pair of fuel lines from the fuel regulator... Meanwhile Simo is redoing the fuel maps for larger turbos and bigger fuel injectors...

Those blue ones? They are the new Blow of valves...

What? For the whole engine? Well, that would not be very aerodynamic .

The one who scares, won't be driving that one anyhow. Jyrki already has experience about oil and water coming to his helmet, so what else could come.....

If that's a serious concern, you can build a shield for it, like a scatter shield for a clutch.
