Week to go and things are like this! Missing electrics, fuel lines, throttle cable and thousand other things Smile. But, I have not given up yet to race 10th of July at Alastaro Circuit.

It just takes some swet and patience to finish everything before the GO signal BigGrin.

But, now it's time to go to ZZ Top concert here in Finland and to listen old heroes and Monday is the day to make some progress... w00t

Y-Guy Hollow Head:      You just need to put on a little "Outlaw Country"

on "Sat" radio, have an ice cold "sweet tea" (the beverage of the

South), turn the cell-phone OFF, and go for it!

Between Ya'll and Tim this forum is going to have

and awesome race team!!!(We can't forget Charlie, with the brick,

                  Hoosier, pegleg,Ted and the rest...)

                                             Have a great 4th,

                                                   Bill

The 4th of July, our nation's birthday....

Looks great Seppo, you are doing an awesome job.  I sure am looking forward to hearing (and seeing) about your performance when you are done.  You have my attention with the turbo powered Y-Block.

Greetings from Irvine, CA.

Good looking job, partner! Sorry that I can't help now to make the car ready... Wink

Yesterday we were at Hootenanny party and today we are heading to Long Beach to look some more bands and cars. Next weekend to El Mirage. Charlie, are you going to be there?

Sorry, no Y-Block cars... Crying

Yes, that is the plan.  Tim has made some engine changes and I am just now buttoning it up.  Tim will also be doing the driving.

We pit at the west end of the lake and behind the staging lanes.  Look for the yellow truck or the Burns Brothers Racing trailer.  It will be great to see you guys.

More issues today, so engine still sits on the floor. Rear engine plate interfered with the dizzy, so I had to make more room for it. Flexplate bolts are too short and converter bolts are missing too, so more shopping tomorrow. And one of tomorrows tasks is installing of that CSR billet water pump... But, for some light in the darkness is that the scoop will be painted tomorrow too BigGrin.

That waterpump looks good. We got here all the things you need but I have no attend to bring them with me... Tongue

It's better that we do everything by ourselves. That's called hot rodding.

On the way from San Francisco to Sacramento. w00t
