Is there any way you can take a screenshot of the CASTING ID NO (if shown) and post it here?

I am inner-screen illiterate and cannot deface book.

The THREE CHARACTER ENGINE PREFIX was used (EBU - 239CI DEARBORN) - EBV - 239 CLV) until 1959 when FORD went to the newer P&A PN SYSTEM.

Can you post where you found it on FACEBOOK?

I will get my LITTLE THUMBSCREW to find it for me.

Did you see either a DIF or CLV CASTING ID and a DATE CODE?

Could it originally have been a marine or industrial application?

No particular information on my end regarding the B4AE-A designation on the block.  Likely a service block and being from a truck, a replacement for an original engine.  A date code from the block would help to nail down the exact year the block was actually cast and suspect it was in the 1957/1958 era.  That was the period of time Ford was switching over the casting number nomenclature from the old system to the new.
