You might want to talk to Ted.
The rocker drip pans weren't used on 57 Y-blocks. He uses them on engines that were equipped with them (if they still exist), but he doesn't add them. He'll probably tell you they aren't necessary.

They may not be necessary but I think Allen is building a correct 54 coup. They have a unique way to mount them. Found mine on eBay and since most people didn’t put them back on they should be out there. Good luck Allen
