I bought one, have not installed it yet. I think the clamp is great. Nice kit includes hard ware and instructions. Hope to hear from others who have purchased them and results.

"Red paint is area that the plate pushes on, i also have 5/16 washers bonded on the plate so there is also proper pressure between plate and and retaining bolts there are 8 bolt holes in the plate. The cut out portion of pan gasket is included right size for a valley cover." Here are the pics:
