I have a special request.  From under the dash, looking at the back of the fuel gage, is the yellow wire (the one that supposedly comes from the tank sending unit) is it on the  right hand lug (toward the door) or is it one the left hand lug (toward the steering column)...??   According to the wiring diagrams it is confusing.....so I need someone to physically verify it.  My yellow wire has 6 volts on it and the procedure says to ground it to make the needle swing.  I don't want to fry anything.  Thanks as usual.
