Watch the ball size Ford and the aftermarket don't agree on a standard.

The Ad doesn't indicate that they will fit a Y-Block & the photos don't look promising... I have acquired them and they fit

I found adjusters at Titian, Crane and other racing engine suppliers. You can even get them with the cup style ends and not the ball type. My head builder doesn’t like the ball with a cup on the pushrod. Since these Barkers are listed as 1.54 they may have been designed and made when the Ford ones were in the 1.4 range. My Thomas Magnesium ones for a GMC would still allow the stock small diameter pushrods but as soon as you went to 5/16” or 3/8” ones the hit the head so you had the grind the head.

I have received a set of those from Cliff and while I haven’t used them yet, they look good. They are new old stock. No adjuster screws but those are available from several different manufacturers.
