What is the mfg. number on Exhaust headers for 1955 Ford with 292 duals ? John Henry

JDH: 1955 Ford car, I have switched from 6 volts to 12 volts. Every thing working on 12 volts except now I have no brake lights, no turn signals. I have 12 volts at the brake cylinder. Where have I gone wrong? Turn signals worked on right hand side of car for a short time but quit.

The exhaust manifold casting numbers for the ’55 Fords with duals should read ECH-9430-A for the right side and ECH-9431-A for the left side.

On your brake lights, did you check that the hydraulic switch is functioning?
On your turn signals, did you replace the signal flasher so it is also 12 volts?
