Thanks for the replies. Seems to be the stuff. Available on Amazon for £20 plus £27 shipping ! Found some 08568 in the UK , as far as I can tell it is slightly smaller in diam. compared to 08578. stuey

I use that as well, and have for 40 years. Used it when I rebuilt the doors/windows/etc a couple years ago, Its also between the frame and belly pan on my roadster. Cheap and it works. You can cut a short piece and roll it between your hands till it’s like thin spaghetti, then form it around parts as needed.

good morning everybody looking for recommendations for replacement for M-5335-B. " it is used at any joint where there is movement or rubbing between two metal surfaces" originally asphalt /asbestos mix. there's a multitude of sealers out there some cheap some pricy some twin pack some single component. Thanks stuey
