Damper Doctor is quite good and can even powder coat the damper before bonding the two parts. Do a search online for them.
Y's guys rule! Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.

Damper Dudes did mine. Nice work, decent price and very quick turnaround.

I also use Damper Dudes for rebuilding Y dampers. You don’t mention if you have the ½” belt or the 3/8” wide belt. 1954-1956 is ½” while 1957 and newer is 3/8”. If going the 3/8” wide belt route, then the Mexican made dampers available on EBay are an option. I have used those but be aware that they do not have timing marks on the damper ring and those timing marks need to be stamped or scribed onto the ring before bolting the damper in place. Other than the timing marks not being there, the quality of those dampers looks good and appears to match the oem dampers.

The Powerbond damper is available from Summit. It's also available from other sources, rebranded as Dayco. pn. PB1199N
