What is the proper connection for + or - on the coil?     Does the  - go to the distributor and the + goes to the ignition switch (b+) or because it is a positive ground system it would be reversed.......ie.. minus to the batt. thru the ignition switch and the plus goes to the distributor.  Thanks.

With pos. grd. system, lead from ignition switch is neg. Car will run with coil leads reversed (mine was when I bought it), but not as well.
Recommend you purchase the FoMoCo 55-57 Thunderbird ‘Electrical Equipment Manual’. Everything clearly diagramed.

6 VOLTS/POS. GRD. NW INDIANA
