Did early version 352 have Y-block like valve covers with two center bolts? Top end looks like Y block but water pump looks like FE. Any info from you guru's would be much appreciated. Recently purchased a 64 F-100 with 292/T98 combo and armstrong steering. Trying to salvage what parts I can from my grandpa's old '61 before they rot completely.

I believe you have the Lincoln based Y Block in the F600. Has Y Block style valve cover hold down,

If its the Lincoln the rams horns will not bolt up. They have an angled bolt pattern where the 292 is a straight line.
Y's guys rule! Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.

Rams horns will not bolt up to the 292. Very few parts will interchange between these two engines.
