Who out there knows where can I get Oil Pressure & Water Temperature Sending units to fit a 292 c.i. that will work on 6 volt gauges.  The sending units in the engine now are for idiot lights.

Mechanical Oil Pressure and Mechanical Coolant Temp Gauges don't use Voltage to make them Work. The Bulbs to illuminate Gauges can be used as is if they are bright enough or swap for 6 Volt Bulbs if available. I prefer a good quality Mechanical Gauge  over an Electrical One.

Water temp s/b a regular gauge on your dash.  Do you mean an voltage meter and a oil pressure gauge?  Mechanical oil pressure gauges are readily available (don't have to worry about 6 volt)

Check ebay for 6 volt voltage meters.  I think I saw them there.
