I have a 1955 Ford that I installed stock type power steering on. The pump and control valve have been rebuilt but acts like no power steering in either direction when running. The adj. nut is backed off 1/4 turn like it calls for, also has the 9" from ball stud to tie rod bolt. Pump appears to have plenty of pressure. Any ideas what I'm missing.
