368 should bolt right in. Its in the same family as the 279,302,317,332,341 and 368. Theres a brand new 368 bare block on eBay for only $1000.00 plus shipping. Oldmics

There has been at least one fellow on here that knows about these engines. I have a 54 Lincoln parts car that I might be willing to sell. The engine is stuck but all intact. It has not run since the 70's. It has power steering and factory air conditioning. I also have a 317 and hydramatic that I got when I bought a 54 Ford car. I think it is also stuck. I was going to find a use for them but will sell if it would help fix yours.PM me if you are interested. I live in central Texas.
