My parts catalog does not show a new speedo cable for 54 Ford c/w 239 y-block and ford-o-matic trans.  Is this cable different than  the ones used for standard transmissions?   My standard trans cable fits ok but gear fell off end of cable and is in housing somewhere.  Anyone have the answer to this?..
