It seems that almost all of the new wheel cylinders are of foreign mfg.
With this in mind, what determines whether a cylinder is rebuildable.
I've never done it, but if I can and the cylinder are rebuildable, I'd
rather do that as opposed to the new China/whatever stuff.
Any suggestions from anyone that's done it? Good idea or not?
