I just bought an Interceptor for the long block, all the marine parts from the flywheel forward are available.  I'm not sure of the year, but the block is a B9. No bellhousing.  The exhaust manifolds sit above the spark plugs.  Most parts seem in reasonable condition, corrosion on one of the water outlets, water pump makes noise,and a couple of minor dings in the valve covers, but that's about it.  Located in Modesto, CA, easy delivery to the east bay or Sacramento. Would prefer to sell as a lot $600 or some reasonable offer. Willing to sell individual items if I can't sell tie lot in a reasonable time.
