David, glad to see you finally made it on the site, tell the members that don't make it to Columbus a little about your car.

Todd Ferguson's times added. Have not been active in this forum lately, as we have gone into winter sleep here in Finland .

Ernie, you went right on to 8th place on 1/4 mile list and to 6th place on 1/8 mile list with equal time but better speed against Todd Ferguson .

Todd Ferguson went 10.43 @127 at the MARCH MEET this year. 6.59 @ 102.7 about a month back. Were going to Fontana this weekend with both cars. Weather won't be that great as its hovering around a 100F right now. But we should get some 1/4 mile data which is pretty rare for us.

I didn't notice "roll out" mentioned as a factor in Reaction Times relative to E.T., but when I was racing regularly at LACR it certainly did make a difference. I would stage relatively deep for consistent reaction times, but stage as shallow as possible to maximize roll out (which is like a running start) for best E.T.s Hoosier Hurricane (6/19/2014)
Seppo:
I'm not sure if reaction times should be considered for your list, because most very low reactions are flukes, not typical times. In my case, my best reaction at Columbus was .001, but I have had two .000 green lights in recent years. I assure you, all 3 are flukes. At one meet at Bunker Hill Dragstrip in Indiana, after a round win a friend came running up the staging lanes shouting, you had a .500 light (different timers, .500 is perfect). I replied, that's just an average light for me. He asked, how so? I said half of them are .600 and half are .400.
