Got to the old junkyard last weekend and I do not think 59s came with a bracket,one did have a homemade looking bracket but it also had some other kind of bracket on the front bumper so I think it was made to space out the plate. The 59 front bumper is flat so a bracket does not look like its needed,I will look at other years the next time I am there.

We are getting snow so it might be awhile before I get back to the old yard,I was planning on heading to the new U pull yard for daily driver parts tomorrow but its being put off for at least a week.
