Free to a good home, one 239 truck motor long block, includes timing cover and water pump. Heads disassembled, no oil pan. I bought it years ago for the oil pan and the early Ford transmission adapter that was on it. Engine has been under the bench for at least a dozen years. If you're interested, come and get it, I am located in eastern Massachusetts.

Just cracked a head in my 54 PU daily driver. Ugh. Do you know if they are EBV heads? I'm in PHX but would pay for you to crate and ship if you still have this rusty gold. Can't bring myself to move away from the 239.
