Thanks, Chuck. I'll check Pep Boys and see what's in stock. On another subject, I've tried the search feature here several times for the Borgeson power steering kit they have now for '55 and '56 Fords and I can't find anything. Hard to believe this kit hasn't been discussed at length on this forum. Any ideas? Thanks, Ron

I mounted mine in the trunk. It had a multi angle fitting so I could mount it at an angle sort of like the original stock ones but power. It only has about a 1" rubber fitting and the tip showing when retracted. Came with an extension for the cable and attached to the power on my radio so it goes up only when the radio is on. I believe it was a Pep boys universal. Chuck

I'd like to mount a fully retractable electric antenna on the front fender of my '56 Ford Fairlane Club Sedan. Need to know if there's room inside the fender well for and antenna of this type, and if there is a brand/model of power antenna that's preferred for this type of project. Many thanks for any input. Ron.
