For Sale: Ford Y-Block Mallory Tach Drive Distributor w/ Pertronix Ignitor 3 Ignition. Distributor was originally a dual-point but the points had to go. Distributor has only 8000 miles on it since new. Trying to keep my ride a 60's period custom so I swapped out the billet Mallory for a stocker w/ a Pertronix 3. If you don't know, the Pertronix Ignitor 3 is basically an MSD box without the big azz box and fits under the cap. It has multiple spark discharge, auto dwell adjust, an adjustable rev limiter and only a two wire hook-up. Throw that ballast resistor away, hook in a Pertronix Flame Thrower super low ohm coil and get all the power you can to your plugs.
