it Came off my 56 f100 with a 292, the only numbers on it are 94, it kinda looks like a stromberg but it has fomoco stamped on it, i took it off a few years ago so it will need a kit, the idle mixture needles where in bad shape and are no longer with the carb, i think the kits come with new ones, not sure what it is worth so shoot me a offer.
