Just got back from Iowa with the coupe in tow. I actually bought the car in Feburary, but figured I would wait until spring and the weather was good to make the 3,200 mile trip. HA!
Turns out I was fighting with "winter storm Walda" the entire way back to Maine ending up in a snow storm here. I think the trip was worth it. I've been looking for one of these project cars (that I could afford) for a long time. The coupe is all original and mostly complete , no motor or trans, but you know I have that covered. It does need floors, rockers and some other patch panels, but they all do. All the parts you don't see are in the pickup bed or the car. Complete 3 piece hood, new aftermarket grill, deck lid, chrome windshield frame, extra running boards and front fenders. I think it will make a good home for the b lown stroker motor. What do you think?? Rono
