There's many similiars and you'll probably find that most technical wrestlers have submissions as a big part of their offense.
Basically a Technical wrestler is the likes of Bret Hart , Benoit , HBK , Hollister Canada etc , also known as Real Wrestlers ( unlike Cena and friends ) who are very skilled in the ring , good at reversing moves , applying difficult moves , know how to work down an opponent etc.
