That is a nice picture of Gary Coe's '57. He still lives in Portland, OR and ran that car at the various northwest dragstrips. It appears that photo may have been taken at Mission, B.C. I saw it run several times at Puyallup, WA. It was dark metallic blue as I recall (memory is fading). I especially liked that car because at that time, I owned a '57 Custom 300 too.

It belonged to a guy on the west coast, I think his last name was Coe. There is some info on John Gambles 57 ford site.
