I have a new set of Johns heads for the yblock ,, I am deeply involved in my circle track 29 coupe . I have not wanted to pull a part my 55 tbird, nor do I need extra power. I am considering passing them on to a club member now, for what I paid for them. You could have them on your engine this week. Call me @ 931-808-9954 No sense letting them sit on the shelve. Dave

Tacky track, needed a hold down shock on 8/3 on left rear , push out the right rear 3 ins. , the slicked over and dryed , ran fine ! Sorry to all that think it's a yblock in it. It's a 300 Ford inline, it's bad.

Mongo: Many years ago, up here in the North West, a local super modified/sprint car driver used a 300 Ford six. Chassis wan't great but that car would really scream..literally! Was told it was running over 7000 rpm & had exploded more than one clutch! Good luck with your car!

Ya , this is real steel body, I don't have to worry about the clutch , it's a bert trans. With the clutch pack inside the trans..
